At RAW Marketing, we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years' experience or possibly a recent graduate with hands-on skills and a genuine interest in learning on the job.
This exciting opportunity offers you exposure to all aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing campaign builds and sends, performance reporting, ad management, copywriting, and front-end web development. You will work collaboratively with our internal Account Management and Outbound teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that connect the right people with the right message at the right time.
We require someone who is highly organized, has excellent written communication and copywriting skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment where priorities shift and no two days are the same. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Wordpress, Pardot, and Google Tag Manager is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and deploy email marketing campaigns in Pardot and Mailchimp.
* Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising.
* Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
* Assist with campaign setup and reporting.
* Upload content to platforms such as Wordpress.
* Work collaboratively with our internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in Digital Marketing, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to learn quickly.
