Who We Are
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9-18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.,

The Role
1:1 support with young peopleFull-time (35 hours) or Part-time (17.5 hours) waking night roles available - working from 10pm - 8am Full-time role is 4 nights on and 4 offPart-time role is 2 nights on and 6 offWe operate a 3-week rolling rota meaning you will know your shifts well in advanceUK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
