About the role
Gain hands-on clinical experience as an Occupational Therapy Cadet, supporting patient care in the Community Transition Care Program while completing your final or penultimate year of tertiary study.
Key Responsibilities
Support patients' functional independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Assist with assessments, interventions, and patient/family education.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative care planning.
Contribute to quality improvement projects and ongoing professional development.
