We're partnering with a major Victorian Government initiative to recruit multiple
Customer Experience Officers
to support high-volume inbound enquiries relating to
Solar Victoria rebates
.
These positions require candidates who can confidently step into a busy contact centre environment and deliver exceptional service from day one.
This will be a
quick turnaround
recruitment process due to the
firm start date of Tuesday 9th
.
We may begin contacting shortlisted candidates
this afternoon
for interviews, with final interviews occurring
Monday morning at the latest
.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance on Solar Victoria rebate programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling
inbound calls only
Providing information on
eligibility criteria
Offering
status updates
on existing applications
Clarifying the rebate process and guiding callers through next steps
Recording call details accurately and following internal procedures
What We're Looking For
Call centre experience (absolute must)
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner
Ability to
hit the ground running
in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to high-quality customer service
Availability for the full contract period through to the end of January
Role Details
Classification:
VPS2 level
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Public Holidays:
Closed on Christmas and New Year public holidays; all other days are rostered

Casual Loading
