About the role:
* Working with Partners and Senior Lawyers .
* Be involved in arrange of Banking & Finance matters, such as complex debt financing arrangement, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance & project finance .
The ideal candidate:
* Energetic & passionate Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law.
* A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
* Strong organisational & time management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
* Be able to work cohesively in a high performing & paced environment.
* The ability to wok under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
