We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
* Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
* Supporting clients with complex needs, including managing crises and implementing safety protocols
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or higher
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check (issued within the last 24 months)
* First Aid Certificate
* Unrestricted Australian driver's license (for transporting clients)
* Full vaccination against COVID-19 and flu
* State-specific checks (dependent on location)
