About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Key Accounts/Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our future success. In this exciting opportunity, you will own the commercial strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver sustainable results that make a real impact.
We are looking for a Head of Key Accounts/Commercial Manager to help lead a dedicated team in implementing best-in‐class account management. This will include strengthening existing processes to ensure our customers receive the highest level service, and ensuring we are across their current and future needs.
You will be working with the biggest names in the industry and supporting the Branch General Manager with contract analyses, negotiations, pricing strategy and business development.
What you'll do:
* Drive commercial and business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Set up best-in‐class account management practices with a dedicated team of account managers.
* Lead, coach, and inspire the Key Account Management teams to perform at their best.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to build strong collaboration across the organisation.
* Analyse data and market trends to inform decisions and deliver continuous improvement.
* Negotiate, manage, and optimise contracts, pricing, and risk frameworks.
What you'll bring:
* Proven success in sales, account management, or customer service leadership roles.
* Strong sales coaching expertise, with the ability to motivate teams to higher achievement.
* Confidence in managing complex conversations and delivering practical solutions.
* Advanced MS Office (Excel) and CRM/ERP system skills.
* Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience (2+ years) highly regarded.
