The company is currently seeking a proactive and results‐driven Project Coordinator to lead business‐critical projects and support their senior leadership team.
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of key initiatives across quality, operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain teams. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‐departmental efforts to ensure all projects are delivered on time and remain fully compliant with global regulatory standards. Additionally, this position provides high‐level administrative support to the senior leadership team to empower the achievement of organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Manage business‐critical projects and coordinate cross‐functional efforts to ensure on‐time, compliant delivery.
* Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans while monitoring KPIs to drive accountability.
* Ensure all project activities align with cGMP, TGA, and other global regulatory frameworks.
* Support initiatives to improve production workflows, documentation practices, and system implementations.
* Facilitate effective communication across all levels, including providing reporting and decision‐making support to executives.
* Draft professional correspondence and monitor key internal and external action items to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment is preferred.
* A strong understanding of GMP, FDA, EMA, or TGA compliance frameworks is highly valued.
* Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Smart sheet is required.
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills are essential for interacting with senior‐level contacts.
* Detail‐oriented with strong analytical thinking, problem‐solving, and organisational abilities.
