The Store Managers’ primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering a high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Your Attributes
- Previous experience in a Retail/ Hospitality or Sales industry
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
- Stock management and merchandising experience
- Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's
- Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
- Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
- Strong Customer service skills
- Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
- Have the motivation to be successful
- You're confident and passionate
- You have a passion for fashion footwear
