ownership
of your own practice/clients advising on: trade marks
- including brand selection strategies, searches, contracts, registration, prosecution, opposition, non-use and licensing, infringement actions, dispute resolution; commercial transactions

We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted
TM/commercial solicitor
OR
dually qualified solicitor/TM attorney
residing anywhere in Australia (preferably Sydney but open to any location); have a
minimum
of
2 years (or more)
experience in
trade marks
[essential] including some disputes experience [preferable] AND some general commercial law experience [preferable, not essential]; have solid knowledge of current trademark law+ practice; have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+ commercial acumen; have an
entrepreneurial spirit
willing to participate in business development/marketing; are
results-driven + positive + hungry
