About the Role As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting the individual development of each child in your care. Working collaboratively with a passionate and friendly team, you’ll help foster a positive environment where children can thrive and educators are encouraged to bring their creativity to life. You will also play an essential role in supporting children with their school readiness, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for their transition to school. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Foster children’s confidence, curiosity, and sense of belonging through nurturing and intentional teaching. Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Support the daily routines of the room and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with your team to provide high-quality care and contribute to the centre’s ongoing success. About You Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in ECT Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Over two years industry experience. Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude. Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
