The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for providing delicious meals according to the menu for guests residing at the resort. You will also liaise with the Head Chef and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of daily services. With a consistent focus on guest satisfaction, you will achieve this through a strong service focus and by ensuring that efficient standards and practices are employed.
Notes : This is a full-time ongoing position. Discovery Parks do not offer sponsorship at this time.
About You
- Previous Chef experience and cooking in a similar environment as a Chef De Partie
- Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to prep and organise ahead
- Current First Aid Certificate is highly desirable
- HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene
- Current driver's license (desirable)

Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
