About the role
Bridging the gap between our suppliers, distribution centres, manufacturing sites and stores, our Supply Chain team works with thousands of trusted businesses every day. We work hard to make life easier, safer and more sustainable across our network.
Our Retail Ready Operations Australia site in Erskine Park processes and distributes meat products including red meat, poultry and value add items to our stores nationally. You'll be a key part of our Quality Management team who maintain the supply of great quality meat product from our site to our stores.
With training provided to help you develop a strong understanding of quality standards and product specifications, you'll maintain the tools and equipment and manage the timely completion of quality inspections.

* Record and communicate inspection outcomes to the Coles Quality and Commercial teams
* Ensure the highest quality products are despatched from our site to our stores
About you and your skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team
* Bachelors degree in Food Technology and related sciences desirable
* Excellent priority, time management and communication skills to complete tasks on time and to a high standard
* A proactive approach, able to work quickly and identify challenges and risks
* Worked with or can learn quickly how to use a range of tools/equipment or systems for quality testing
