We seek versatile and multi-skilled Electricians with at least 3 years of experience in the electrical field.
Working on an innovative operation, the role is diverse with scope for fresh ideas.
This position is offered on an ******* roster, FIFO from Perth or Karratha Residential BIBO.
As construction progresses at Mardie, we are continuing to shape our team.

We are rapidly progressing the Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project (Mardie Operation), a tier 1 solar evaporation project that will supply high-purity industrial salt and sulphate of potash (SOP) for more than 60 years.
Mardie will be the largest salt operation in Australia and the third largest globally.

The Role
The successful candidates will be responsible for optimising the performance, availability, and safety of electrical fixed plant.
They will work closely with the Production Team, Maintenance Planners, Supervisors, and Superintendents to prioritise electrical maintenance activities, achieve maintenance targets, ensure statutory compliance, and support continuous production.
About You
We are seeking experienced Electricians who take pride in ensuring the performance, availability, and safety of electrical fixed plant.
You must hold an Electrical Trade Certificate and a current Electrical Licence, with a High Voltage Switching qualification being highly regarded.
You have the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagnose and fault-find control circuits, and bring at least three years of experience in the electrical field, including a minimum of one year working on processing plants.
The successful candidate must be familiar with AS**** and AS**** electrical wiring rules and have well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance planning systems such as Pronto.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and well organised, you will have the ability to manage your own workload effectively to achieve agreed outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on detail and quality.
You are a confident problem-solver who uses initiative and sound judgement to provide guidance and practical solutions to the team.
In this role, you must have strong communication skills to enable you to work productively in a dynamic team environment, and you must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will liaise closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, Planners and the Production team to prioritise electrical maintenance activities that minimise production impact.
You will ensure accurate and timely recording of maintenance data, compliance with the WA Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations, and the proper management of contractors on both short- and long-term bases.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
