Your Responsibilities
- Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times
- Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets through confident customer interactions and efficient task execution
- Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations
- Take initiative and ownership on shift, stepping up where needed to support store performance and presentation
About You
- Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering standout customer experience
- Confident communicator with great people skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role is ideal
- Motivated to contribute to store success and team performance
- Dependable, versatile, and ready to learn on the go
