We are looking for Geologists and Field Assistants who are interested in being part of current and upcoming exploration programs across Queensland.
These roles offer the opportunity to work with high-quality exploration teams on exciting projects. We want to hear from people who are reliable, field‐ready, and available at short notice.

Geologists
* Logging and supervising AC, RC and Diamond drilling
* Planning and executing surface sampling programs
* Mapping and field interpretation
* QA/QC and sampling validation
* Managing field logistics and contractor supervision
* Working with tools such as Micromine, LogChief, and GIS
* Writing daily reports and supporting geological models
What you'll need
* BSc in Geology
* Experience in mineral exploration (any commodity, ideally base metals)
* Confident in the field and able to work in small teams
* Strong logging, sampling, and mapping skills
* Manual driver's licence
* Based in Queensland with full Australian working rights
* First Aid (preferred but not essential)
* Completed, or able to complete, a Mineral Mine and Quarry (MMQ) Medical Assessment and drug and alcohol test
Field Assistants
* Assisting with Aircore, RC, and Diamond drilling operations
* Collecting and dispatching soil, rock chip, and drill samples
* Core mark-up, orientation, RQD, and SG measurements
* XRF use and basic data entryGeneral field labour and helping keep camp running smoothly
* 4WD driving in remote areas
* Maintaining clean and safe work areas
What you'll need (field assistants)
* Prior experience in field‐based exploration support
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Manual driver's licence (HR highly regarded)
* Based in Queensland with full Australian working rights
* First Aid (preferred but not essential)
* Completed, or able to complete, a Mineral Mine and Quarry (MMQ) Medical Assessment and drug and alcohol test
