About the role
CrewSELECT is seeking a Switchboard Electrician and Electrical Trade Assistant for a workshop-based role near Oxley, commencing 2 March 2026. You’ll support the build and assembly of switchboards for ongoing projects, working consistent hours in a controlled workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Control wiring and component installation
* Read and interpret electrical schematics
* Assemble and wire switchboards
* Work with PLCs, VSDs and MCCs
Qualifications / Experience required
* Current Electrical Licence
* CPR/LVR certification
* Construction Industry Card (White Card)
* Switchboard build and control wiring experience
* Ability to read and follow schematics
What’s on offer
* Trade Assistant: $40/hr + penalties
* Electrician: $53/hr + penalties
* 8–10 hour days
* Workshop-based role (no site travel)
* Project through to June with likely extension
