Current credentialing as a Mental Health Nurse through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (desirable)Extensive experience working in mental health settings and managing clients with severe and persistent mental health conditions and complex needs.Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills,The ability to engage people who are hard to reach and advocate on their behalfEstablish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, carers and stakeholders.Ability to use a desktop computer, with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and capacity to learn how to use a new clinical software packageMust be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue CardMust hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearanceCurrent Driver's License.Stride is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people.
