Bama Services is seeking a dedicated Landscape Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on diverse landscaping projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

About the Role
As the Landscape Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on project sites, coordinating crews, managing logistics, and ensuring safety and quality compliance across all stages of project delivery.
You will:
* Supervise daily work activities, staff, subcontractors, and apprentices.
* Coordinate site logistics, travel, accommodation, and community service connections.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality management plans.
* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular site inspections.
* Maintain accurate daily site records, including supervisor diaries and progress photos.
* Support Indigenous employment and development through mentoring and leadership.
About You
* You are a proactive and capable site leader who:
* Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscaping, civil, or construction supervision.
* Can read project plans and manage schedules, resources, and subcontractors.
* Communicates clearly and effectively with a broad range of people.
* Understands WHS legislation and quality systems and can lead by example.
* Holds a current driver’s licence and White Card (CPCWHS1001).
* Has or can obtain a Working with Children Blue Card and Police Check.
* Enjoys mentoring young Indigenous staff and contributing to community-focused work.
