Join the dedicated Hospital in the Home (HITH) team at Taree Community Health, where your expertise will help patients avoid hospital admissions or transition home safely and earlier from inpatient care.

* Community Nursing

* Cardiac & Respiratory Rehabilitation
* Continence Services
* Dietetics
* Diabetes Education
* Wound Management
* Audiometry

You’ll be supported by an experienced Nurse Unit Manager, with additional guidance from a Wound Management Specialist and Clinical Nurse Educator. We’ll also support your ongoing education and professional development, especially when aligned with the core business of the HITH role.
