You'll be part of a culture-first team known for consistent, on-time delivery to major grocery chains like Coles, Woolworths, Costco, plus independents, foodservice, butchers and QSR. The business operates state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in Sydney, combining strong domestic presence with global commitment to quality.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Driving new revenue via outbound and inbound leads
* Business development and account management with grocery, independents, butchers, QSR, and foodservice channels
* Conducting face-to-face meetings (field-based with weekly office catch-up)
* Flexibly managing Sydney territory.
* Meeting monthly sales targets and expanding market reach
What you'll need to succeed
* FMCG, retail, or foodservice sales experience (meat/small goods a bonus not requirement)
* Proven track record in new business development and account management
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships
* Strong self-drive with the ability to work autonomously
* Valid driving licence and comfort using a company vehicle
