We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and reliable person to join our team as a Fly in Fly out (FIFO) Mobile Project Manager. Operating 3:1 or 2:1 roster - project dependent - point of hire Perth WA.
This exciting role oversees the successful management of our remote project concrete plants. Exceptional customer service, people management, strong commercial acumen and high-level administration skills are essential.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing specific site projects in remote locations
- Management of a concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet, drivers and plant staff
- Maintaining health and safety, quality, environment and maintenance of assets
- Managing the project contract, including client relationships and customer service
- Ensuring delivery and maintenance of high-level project documentation
Background and Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Total dedication to safety and risk management
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to problem solve
- Computer literacy, contract, logistics and resourcing experience highly valued
- A valid C Class Driver's License
