Based at our Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre in Maroochydore, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Centre Management Team. This role will be on a casual basis (2-3 days per week, including Thursday nights and weekends).
The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role involves liaising with our customers, retailers, and all Centre visitors.
You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills with the confident to work in a high volume setting. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of ad-hoc administration, gift card sales, phone enquiries, assisting with hire of kiddy carts and mobility equipment and at times assist with enquiries regarding marketing activities.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive, ambitious nature and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will also demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Specific knowledge within retail management, marketing or administration is not essential, but is desirable.
