Your New Role:
Your role as Director Assets & Infrastructure has been created as a reflection of the organisation's true commitment to providing industry leading campuses and facilities across Australia.
Forming a key part of the senior leadership team in Australia, you will spearhead the management and successful execution of asset management, maintenance and capital works projects across the organisation's sites nationally. In transforming the organisation to a centralised and consistent asset management model, key aspects of your role will include:
• Engaging and working closely with site-based teams to identify priorities from an asset management perspective and developing rolling capital delivery roadmaps.
• Developing and implementing governance frameworks for capital works, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, compliance and assurance standards.
• Developing, reviewing and managing contracts for projects across Australia.
• Overseeing project coordination, including site-based stakeholders and external contractors.
• Implementing and maintaining regional maintenance programs, including the creation of maintenance plans to forecast capital works and maintenance budgets.

Your Experience
Along with your ability to straddle both strategic development and boots on the ground engagement, you will bring:
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, with an ability to engage and bring people along on a journey.
• Circa 5+ years of experience in the development and implementation of asset management frameworks and delivery of capital projects.
• Experience managing a multi-site asset base, ideally in the education, property or a similar industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract and supplier management, as well as procurement processes.
• A track record of driving transformative change or process improvement across an asset and infrastructure function.
