SS Electrics is a leading industrial and commercial electrical contracting business that has been operating in the Ballarat region for over 20 years.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business. Due to recent growth, we require the services of an experienced Administration Assistant to provide Part Time support to our Administration Team.
Attractive salary package based on experience with an initial trial period before Permanent Part time hours become negotiable for the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring incoming emails and phone calls
* General Reception Duties
* Data Entry
* Processing of Accounts Payable
* Assisting with admin of OHS systems
* Assisting the Administrative team with tasks as required
Skills Required
* Proven experience in Microsoft Office package
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* To be able to work successfully as part of a team or autonomously
* Positive outlook with a 'can do' attitude
