We are looking for a high-energy **Territory Sales Manager** to develop Hanson's relationship with customers in the **Illawarra Region.** You will be growing the business by identifying opportunities to sell the Hanson brand to prospective and existing customers and provide exceptional service.

**In your new role, you will**:
- Generate new business through follow up of all potential customer leads
- Maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers
- Develop and execute the delivery of account plans for existing and potential customers to achieve mutual business outcomes
- Complete structured call plans with prospects through face to face meetings and networking, ensuring effective communication of Hanson's value proposition
- Achieve territory / account / new product sales volume targets
- Be actively involved with various industry bodies through attending relevant events and conferences
- Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry
