**Hey You**:
A newly developed role the Landscape Supervisor will be solely responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all landscaping works. Working in collaboration and reporting directly to the Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of landscape operations, this includes but not limited to both hard and soft landscapes from start to finish. A hands-on role in all aspects from bulk dig out excavator and bobcat work, irrigation and planting some design works may be required, leading by example this role involves leading a landscape team of 2-3 which may include supported employees, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As the most senior member on site the Landscape Supervisor plays a critical and lead role in maintaining and enhancing nature and functionality of outdoor spaces.
**Some of your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to**
- Supervise a team of 2-3 of varying abilities, ensuring optimal performance and productivity and where necessary help and train and or mentor others.
- Assign tasks and monitor the progress of projects to ensure timely completion.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Assist the Manager in collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of landscape projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standard.
- Assisting the Manager in maintaining and overseeing the inventory of landscape materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and service schedules and ensure proper functioning and safety protocols. Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices.

- Proven years of experience being the senior in a landscaping team
- Solid knowledge and experience within soft and hard landscaping.
- Outstanding customer service, supervisory, motivation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen to help develop and grow a business.
- A patient and caring disposition and the ability to make people feel at ease.
- Excellent written, computer and verbal communication skills.
- Excavator and Skid steer Licence.
- Min MR Truck Licence.
**You will also meet the following essential requirements**:
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain;
