We have an exciting opportunity within our dynamic and positive Customer Service team.
* Six (6) month term contract.
* Temporary, full-time position (35 hours per week).
* Remuneration of $2,582.98 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,099.58 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

Our focused customer service team members are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide valuable assistance for community members with a wide range of requests.
Responsibilities
* Providing advice to both internal and external customers;
* Undertaking call centre operations;
* Processing applications and requests;
* Providing feedback to customers on unresolved issues in a timely manner;
* Cash handling responsibilities including receipting and reconciliation.
Requirements
* Substantial previous customer service and/or administrative experience relevant to the role;
* Excellent time management;
* Organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
