Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager Assistant to support our finance department. This role is crucial to our team's success, requiring a self-driven individual who can achieve exceptional outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accounts Payable and Receivable, with a thorough understanding of double-entry accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Credit control, customer account administration, and credit limit management
* Liaising with customers and building key relationships
* Collection of debts, receipting debtor payments, and reconciling debtor accounts
* End-to-end accounts payable, intercompany processing, and month-end reconciliations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A formal qualification in Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping or relevant qualification
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Able to use financial management software and reporting tools
