What you'll do
Partner with our Principal to co-manage a residential portfolio, moving toward your own; seasoned PMs can jump straight into their own designated portfolio
Act for the landlord while respecting and appreciating our tenants
Handle enquiries, inspections, maintenance, and leasing administration
Navigate conflict professionally to create win–win outcomes
Keep immaculate records and stay on top of compliance and deadlines
What you bring
A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice CPP***** is favourable but not essential - we'll support the right person
Experience in property management, real estate administration or other customer-facing roles
Exceptionally organised and detail orientated
Current driver's licence
