Lead Risk & Compliance Expert
This is a key leadership role for a highly experienced health care professional to lead the risk and compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the risk and compliance portfolio, including performance management, training, and development of the team.
The role requires expert knowledge and leadership to drive safety, quality, and clinical governance excellence across Echuca Regional Health. Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee the risk and compliance portfolio
* Provide support for clinical governance through data analysis and reporting
* Produce high-level reports for governance meetings
* Ensure effective administration of organisational systems
* Support NSQHS standards leads and participate in accreditation processes
Key qualifications and experience required include:
* Tertiary qualifications in a health-related profession
* Extensive experience in an acute hospital environment
* High-level experience in clinical governance, risk management, quality systems, and accreditation processes
