Job Description
* Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front-desk experience.
* Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
* Handle general administrative duties, including mail distribution and scheduling.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Support the team with basic secretarial tasks as needed.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry.
* Assist with event coordination and preparation when required.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Receptionist Should Have
* Previous experience in a reception or front-desk role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
