The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and be able to build and execute creative sourcing plans to attract top talent. They will also have hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise, with the ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders, and move quickly. * This role involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. * You will develop and execute creative data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, market mapping, networking direct outreach AI tools among others to build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.
