Our Emergency Services team are seeking a dynamic Emergency Nurse leader for the fixed term part-time backfill for one of our Emergency Clinical Nurse Consultant positions. This key clinical leadership role with work alongside our collaborative nursing and medical leaders in driving innovation and improvement, clinical excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient centered care.
Applications are invited from experienced and passionate Emergency or Critical Care Nurses who can demonstrate specialist knowledge across, and diverse range of clinical specialities managed within our Emergency Departments.
Mandatory Selection Criteria:
· You are committed to providing the highest quality patients centered care.
· You are compassionate, approachable and are able to build rapport with patients and staff.
· You have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· You have at least 5 years post registration experience, with at least 3 years in Emergency Nursing
· You hold a Post Graduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care.
