About the role:
Senior Bartender
What we're looking for:
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar food and beverage role.
· Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations.
· Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and regulations.
. Strong in all kinds of beverage skills, including cocktail skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues and others.
· Honest and reliable.
. TAB & Keno experience as a bonus.
