Position Overview
We are seeking a professional with experience in managing the lifecycle of all changes across a Defence environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide ITIL Change Management services to the program whilst working towards best practice approaches to Change Management and sharing knowledge across the team;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports with detailed analysis targeted at the right audience;
- Participate in the Continual Improvement program across relevant process areas;
- Contribute to process changes across the multi-vendor environment, including delivery of ongoing training and development activities;
- Ensure adherence to Governance structures for all new process design and existing process change;
- Review process improvement suggestions, including analysis of operational impact on customers, suppliers and internal delivery, and provide recommendation of solutions.

Requirements:
- ITIL Foundation Certificate desirable
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously in a professional environment.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathise as well as prioritise
- Proven ability to manage the delivery of quality client service under limited direction
