About the Opportunity

On a typical day this role will:
1. Supervise, lead, and support the Building Regulation Team in their duties and professional development
2. Investigate and regulate fire safety matters under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act (and Regulations)
3. Undertake inspections, and determine applications for caravan parks, camping grounds and manufactured home estates.
4. Inspect swimming pools and spas, and issue certificates of compliance or certificates of noncompliance under the Swimming Pools Act
5. Assess and determine applications for Building Information Certificates, and Occupation Certificates.
6. Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders on building regulation
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $93,030 to $104,818 depending on skills and experience
