Head of Media Operations
This role is responsible for leading operational transformation and implementing best practices across our media agencies.
About the Role
The Head of Media Operations will work in close partnership with the Chief Media Officer to develop business units, implement systems, processes, and agency-wide initiatives. This includes developing product offerings, operating systems, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities
* Create long-term business performance through sustainable business models and team structures.
* Develop competitive advantage through innovation and media excellence.
* Support business units CEO/COO on product growth, leveraging Publicis Media tools.
Key Qualifications
* 15 years+ experience in operational functions or similar leadership roles.
* Proven experience in implementing systems, processes, and agency-wide initiatives.
* Data analytics and reporting skills, including proficiency in Power BI.
* Evidence of embedding AI platforms, including identification, evaluation, and change management.
