Job Description
We are currently seeking a Casual Maintenance & Repairs Assistant to join the team at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort. You will beresponsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairswithin the property.
About the role:
* Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
* Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
* Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
* Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Hourly rates (excluding super)
* Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour
* Saturday: $40.05 per hour
* Sunday: $46.73 per hour
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have:
* Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
* An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
* Excellent interpersonal and communications.
* Availability to work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
