* Leading the sales team to deliver exceptional results and leveraging their potential
* Nurturing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, event planners, and local businesses through strategic networking and industry event attendance
* Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies that drive measurable increases in occupancy rates, average revenue per available room (RevPAR), food and beverage sales, and banquet bookings
* Identifying and forging partnerships with relevant organizations, such as airlines, tour operators, and travel agencies, to boost bookings and enhance brand visibility
* Organizing events like media launches, familiarization tours, and networking events to create buzz and raise awareness about our hotel among key influencers
* Preparing and reviewing regular performance reports to monitor progress
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field and have three or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, including supervisory roles.
