We are seeking a bright, happy and highly motivated Receptionist who is excited to take on a variety of administrative/secretarial tasks. You will be working within a professional services company in Homebush within a friendly and supportive team.
You will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, word processing, handling company enquiries and sorting and distributing mail and parcels. You will also be required to support the administration team and take on secretarial duties for the Directors. The role requires a confident, bubbly and happy person to also manage stationery, kitchen supplies and catering for meetings.
To be successful in this role you will be energetic, motivated, helpful and ready to work in a team and make this role your own. Ideally seeking experienced Receptionist with strong administration skills.
