As the Marketing Specialist for Melbourne Professional Education at the University of Melbourne, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth in professional education. You'll have the opportunity to create compelling B2B and B2C campaigns, leverage advanced CRM capabilities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop Marketing Strategies: Contribute to value propositions and take-to-market strategies for MPE's B2B and B2C portfolio.
* Execute Integrated Campaigns: Implement effective marketing initiatives to drive awareness and acquire students/customers across various channels.
* Optimise Customer Journeys: Partner with the CRM team to improve targeting, personalisation, and automation of campaigns.
* Create Engaging Content: Collaborate with brand marketing teams to develop compelling content within brand guidelines.

You are an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in B2B and B2C marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving growth in professional education within a complex higher education environment.
You may also:
* Have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* Demonstrate experience in developing customer value propositions for diverse audiences.
* Show a track record of successfully delivering integrated marketing communications campaigns.
* Possess 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy development
