About the Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing assessments, care planning, and compliance. You will work closely with a team of Registered Nurses, care staff, and volunteers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of holistic, person-centred care aligned with our Positive Wellbeing Model
* Oversight of resident assessments and development of tailored care plans
* Coordination of clinical documentation and AN-ACC compliance reporting
* Provide direct, on-the-floor clinical support and leadership
Requirements
* AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Practicing Certificate
* Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience in aged care or acute clinical settings
* Proven leadership and workforce management skills
* Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation capabilities
