Our Kairros Western Australia branch is expanding. Across the state we are seeking contractors to join our growing teams as we expand regionally. We are open to locations including Esperance, Albany (and surrounds), Kalgoorlie, Broome, Kununurra, Port Hedland or Karratha.
On a day-to-day basis you will be part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Assess needs and provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure clients receive a safe return to work with their current employer or a new employer as part of rehabilitation and recovery.
Qualifications
- Qualifications and relevant skilled registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- A confident approach toward engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
- Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
