CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for our client working on an Airfield Electrical project based in Perth Airport, WA. This role will suit a hands-on construction leader with strong experience in electrical infrastructure delivery, ideally within airport, defence airfield, or other highly regulated infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead all site construction activities for the AGL and electrical scope Coordinate installation of runway and taxiway lighting systems Oversee AGL circuits, transformers and control systems Manage delivery of the ALER and associated electrical components Coordinate civil works interfaces including pits, conduits and duct banks Supervise site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors Manage construction program, cost and sequencing Lead QA/QC inspections, testing and commissioning activities Oversee procurement and subcontractor agreements Liaise with airport operations, client representatives and key stakeholders Ensure compliance with ICAO, CASA, Australian electrical standards and airport airside safety requirements Maintain HSE compliance in a live operational airside environment Our Ideal Candidate: 10 years’ experience in infrastructure construction Strong background delivering electrical infrastructure projects Proven experience managing packages valued at $20M Strong commissioning and testing experience Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams Experience working in highly regulated or live operational environments Previous AGL / airport lighting experience Prior airside project experience Experience on defence airfield, airport, or major electrical infrastructure projects What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $210, 000 per annum Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development 10 - 12hr days - overtime available On-going work with project running up to 3 years Willing to offer relocation for the right candidate How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Construction Management, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
