The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our B2B operations. As B2B Assistant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping our wholesale and trade channels running seamlessly — working closely with our store network, warehouse, marketing and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently, inventory is accurate, and our wholesale partners receive a premium experience.

What You'll Be Doing
* Own the end-to-end coordination of customer service, warehouse, and catalogue inventory operations — setting the standard for how things get done
* Be the go-to point of contact for B2B orders across our entire store network, delivering the kind of service that builds long-term loyalty
* Keep our B2B sales channels fully stocked and accurate — ensuring every product in our warehouse is live, correctly listed, and ready to sell
* Drive proactive communication across warehouse fulfilment, CS, retail stores, and head office around inventory movements, changes, and updates
* Take full ownership of inventory receivings and hold the team accountable for timely, accurate execution
* Audit costs, discounts, and promotional deals to ensure everything hitting HQ is correct and compliant
* Maintain catalogue integrity — barcodes, SKUs, weights, and product data — with a sharp eye for detail
* Continuously improve how we work: document processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement smarter ways of operating
* Support and back up the B2B Relationship Manager, with real exposure to the relationship and commercial side of the business
Who We're Looking For
* Someone with a strong background in B2B operations, wholesale, or supply chain coordination
* A natural communicator who can keep multiple teams aligned without things falling through the cracks
* Detail-obsessed, but also able to zoom out and see the bigger picture
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
* A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing
