Our client is a highly notable, multifaceted company who covers many aspects of Real Estate, with a strong focus on project sales. With offices across QLD, VIC, and NZ, this dynamic agency is now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion to produce great products to join their inner Brisbane based team.
**The Role**:
- Contract Administration - processing contracts, checking details, and issuing to the relevant stakeholder
- Supporting the sales process through to unconditional by tracking deposits and receipting payments
- Manage preliminary pricing pre-launch via price lists and the CRM
- Ensuring all information from listings, sales, and contracts are correctly inputted into the CRM
- Liaising with solicitors, brokers, third parties, developers, external Agents, and clients

**Experience Required**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using SalesForce CRM
