Nicholas Scott are working with a leading Australian Law Firm who have an opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate in their Competition & Regulatory team for either their Sydney or Melbourne office.
They are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate (approximately 3+ years PQE) with a strong background in competition law, including merger clearance, cartel investigations, competition litigation, access regulation, and consumer advisory.
The role requires strong experience in competition/regulatory law including merger filings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, competition litigation, and access or consumer regulation matters and they will be looking for the ability to coordinate across teams nationally and internationally.
