NSW Government Agency is looking for a HR Advisor with Government experience to support with a range of projects for the Agency in Parramatta.
About the role:
Develop, analyse and manage systems and processes to support People, Performance and Culture activities such as PMES
Delivery of services such as employment conditions, job evaluation, workforce planning, performance management
Interpretation of human resource legislation, policies and processes such as the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
Participate in project teams and coordinate and manage designated human resource project activities
Provide advice to clients to develop an awareness of human resource policies, promote compliance and facilitate best practice outcomes and mitigate risk.
Provide case management support to the People Partners team
Maintain the organizational structure for client groups to ensure currency.
Essentials:
Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven qualified experience
Proven experience working within the Government Sector
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
