The role of Health Information Services Clerk involves performing clerical tasks to assist in providing an efficient, effective and highly confidential health record service. The primary responsibility of this role is collecting, collating and scanning clinical documentation into the digital medical record.
The jobholder will also be responsible for releasing clinical information, quality checking scanned records and other administrative procedures relating to the clinical record.
